  • $3000 a year in expanded child tax credit benefits for children ages 6 to 17, $3600 for each child under age 6 for most American families
  • $350 billion for states, cities, tribal governments, and U.S. territories, including:
  • $109 million for Delaware County
  • $161 million for Montgomery County
  • $1.1 billion for the City of Philadelphia
  • $41 million for Upper Darby
  • $31 million for Chester
  • $26 billion for emergency rental assistance and $10 billion for homeowner assistance
